Alex takes us through a retrospective history of the models and shows us his in-progress update. It’s not completely finished, but it’s always good to check in with Alex’s projects. See more pictures and join in the discussion on Eurobricks.

Galaxy Diner and Empire Theater

This is a nice adaptation of the Town Plan art deco theater, upgrading it to modular and beefing up the art deco details. The diner itself is an expert creation filled with smart details and creative design. Check out more pics and join the discussion on Eurobricks. And look for more from sonicstarlight. He’s a busy builder with a lot of great MOCs out there. Check out sonicstarlight on Flickr.

Lawyers and Snack Bar

It may seem like the setup for a mean joke at lawyers’ expense, but it’s the title of Eurobricks member cimddwc’s newest MOC:

cimddwc has a mediocre screename but an awesome building style!

This excellent MOC is highly detailed and cimddwc shows us every detail in this topic on Eurobricks. However, it’s only a small portion of his overall amazing project: Modular slanted street. Want to see more? We all do. Check out the Lawyers  and Snack Bar topic on Eurobricks where cimddwc links to his other amazing MOC topics. He’s bound to bring us more and the Classic-Town staff is sure to get all of his creations, past and future, into blog entries here.

Teddy Celebrates His 500th Eurobricks Post…

And he celebrates it in style by building an amazing train station in the ‘Cafe Corner’ standard. What drew me to this MOC was the impressive arch work that creates the roof line of the station as well as the intricate architectural details that give the front of the station a look that fits in perfect with the Cafe Corner and Green Grocer. But he doesn’t stop there! Be sure to check out the intricate interior details such as the platforms, ticket counter, and waiting areas. You can check out more pictures in his Brickshelf Folder (once moderated) or on his MOCPages Page. Also, be sure to stop by and discuss this MOC on Eurobricks.
