Is this a Town set? Not necessarily. I mean, every Town needs a chimney sweep (if that’s what he is) and freaks that dress up as pirates and stuff. But, it’s a priceless review to check out, regardless of it’s theme. Pandora is an excellent reviewer, always giving a thorough review, but also bringing a wicked sense of humor!
