I’m sure most of you have guessed it – Jumeirah is the residential area in Dubai which is home to world-renowned landmarks such as the Grand Mosque, the Beach Hotel, and just off its coast – the Arab Sail, a.k.a. Burj al Arab.

And they say LEGO and 'curvy' don't mix.

What I’m sure you hadn’t guessed is just how mind-blowing the latter would look built out of LEGO bricks. Spencer_R, a huge microscale enthusiast, has obviously decided to face that challenge. The result is stunning and it’s pretty much all the evidence you should need in order to head over and check out his marvellous flickr albums, containing models of other beautiful landmarks such as Taipei 101 or the Rockefeller Center.
