Keen on getting a tattoo? No?! Well, in case your minifigs feel a bit more rebellious than yourself and want to have a drawing permanently attached to their, erm… plastic, I happen to know just the place! It was established by Captain Spaulding in a nice building constructed in a semi-gothic style (which reflects its purpose rather nicely). Oh, and don’t let that intimidating statue scare you… or the rat-hunting Frankenstein up on the roof!

Wait, where are those tattoos again?

This beautiful building is full of details no matter which angle you choose to look at it from – and if you can’t quite make out where the tattoo parlour is from looking at the above pic, it’s probably because it’s actually located on the other side of this pretty imposing structure. Gotcha there, didn’t I?
