Amazon Safari

Well, it disn’t take me long to hop into Aredhel’s 6672 Safari Off-Road Vehicle for a trek toward the Amazon.  Sure, a Jungle Cutter would work really well about now, but this little 4-wheel drive has Classic Town written all over it.  It seems a little brown monkey wants to follow us through the jungle.  Perhaps he knows the route because I seem to have missed my turn at the last junction.

Brickster, did you build this set yourself and photo edit it? Or simply photo edit it from the review? This photo editing of yours, is outstanding. Whatever the case, this image is very well done. Great use of the Safari vehicle inside the Amazon.

I love those zebra doors, although the camouflage aspect while creeping up on your prey in an enormous jeep is questionable.

TheBrickster, how do you keep your monocle from steaming over in the jungle? Do you have a special hanky or is it made from some space-age de-misting glass?

WhiteFang: Thanks. The picture is from Aredheld’s review. Just photo-edited it into the jungle adding my face. I’m continuously getting better at my photo-editing tricks, learning new things to help improve the quality of the image. This one took me a while as I was trying to capture a bit of a 3-D appearance. I do like the finished product, but the ground could use a bit of improving.

Svelte_Corps: I love this little set as well and really wish I had it. I love the zebra stripes as well. No monocle jokes though (at least I haven’t been called Col. Clink). In fact, I think it looks a little foggy in the jungle.
