What a great day! I visited an Awesome Pyramid built in 2006 for a NW BrickCon 2006 Show. Binkmeister was able to take a picture of it and shared it in his Brickshelf folder. I slightly edited his fantastic photo to add a personal touch for a post card. What an awesome scene as many of the minifigs from a nearby town were still working on the immense structure. Check out all the great details!

Now this is impressive!
I think it was featured in ’50 Years of the Lego Brick’ too, but shot from a different angle. I remember the curved ocean and crocodile heads peeking from the river.
When dark tan becomes more common it will be interesting to see what use MOCers make of it in similar desert scenarios.
Now all we need is the inside view with treasure chamber, tomb etc!
This is just amazing. Being a big fan of Egyptian history and having visited the country (and the pyramids) already 2 times, it’s great to see such a detailed scene made out Lego. I can stare at pictures like this one for minutes!
This is definitely my favorite Ancient History MOC out there; the attention to certain historical details is quite immaculate. There’s also some more great photographs here showing more of the scene –
