Classic-Town.net and Eurobricks invite you to create your own addition to the popular winter village subtheme that TLG has presented during the holiday season for the past three years.
So far, TLG has provided us with three places to visit, a lovely Winter Toy Shop, an equally inviting Winter Bakery and this year’s new Post Office, but wouldn’t it be nice to have an even larger Winter Village full of festive fun?
Well, now you can, by expanding the theme with your own Winter inspired creation!

As we enter the holiday season yet again, thoughts turn to fun and winter activities and where better to enjoy those than in your own Winter Village? So far, TLG has provided us with three places to visit, a lovely Winter Toy Shop, an equally inviting Winter Bakery and this year’s new Post Office, but wouldn’t it be nice to have an even larger Winter Village full of festive fun?

10222 Winter Village Post Office
Ages 12+. 820 pieces.
US $59.99 CA $79.99 DE 59.99 € UK 49.99 £
Official Release from TLG: Continuing the winter scene series, the Winter Village Post Office is the perfect snow-covered setting. In the cozy post office, the worker is hard at work sorting all the mail into containers and sacks, while upstairs, there’s just time for the postman to take a break before setting off in the traditional post car with all the letters and gifts. From the pavilion outside, musicians fill the air with music, while children take in the wintry atmosphere by the park bench before throwing snowballs at each other – the musicians had better get ready to duck!

Fellow AFOL Community member Nannan, brings us this heartwarming scene involving Minifigures from all over the LEGO Universe. There are City, Castle, Star Wars, Space Police, Power Miners, PoP, Harry Potter, and Collectible Minifigures all represented in this scene. Nannan says he built this for a contest on a French Lego forum called LEGO 13. There are lots of great details here, but my favorite has to be the gingerbread house. It looks almost good enough to eat*!
*WARNING: Classic-Town.net does not condone the consumption of LEGO pieces. Please do not eat the simulated gingerbread house.
Happy Holidays, everyone. Christmas is just around the corner and our Eurobricks member, Jameson42 has brought us this very special Christmas Snow Globe to decorate your home along with the rest of the decorations to liven up your home.
Classic Town readers, did you have fun during Christmas? I hope you have enjoyed yourself with your loved ones, because I can see Brickshelf member, sukegawa is having fun with his bricks to build up this Christmas Creation.
This 18th Century English Cottage, Tattyeave Knoll which he built, is simply awesome. The circular base surrounding the cottage makes me feel as if it was placed in a beautiful snow globe.
